Considering the way WSU plays and the way the fouls were called on KSU at the Phoenix Center I thought fouls might play a role in the outcome.
UWGB went 26-35 from the foul line. WSU? 8-10.
I'm not trying to say that the refs were unfair. It was an observation based on the fact that WSU plays physical ball and in the KSU-UWGB game the fouls were called VERY tight. It had to be a major adjustment in style for the shockers to try to avoid foul calls.
Anyway OU fans. You can take comfort in knowing that WSU had to go to somebody else's "bandbox" this time.
