ISU 39 at Iowa 64.

Lindsay Wilson led ISU w/ 15 pts. What happened????

ISU fans who watched the game said it was one of teh worst performances they had ever seen, and that hopefully the team would be able to forget everything that happened in the game. That's about all I know.

That's the odd thing. ISU's post play is actually better than we had expected. Right now, the guard play is lousy. Lindsey is forcing things and Junod is in a funk.

You've got a coach (Bluder) that her players love, playing for her 400th career victory against your arch rival and a team that you haven't beaten for five years. Add to that that Lilis didn't play so well in Ames last year, and there was plenty of motivation for this!

Hopefully the players learn from this, and it makes them better in the long run...unlike a certain football team that got blown out once and packed it in for the season! http://hoopscoop.net/ubb/smile.gif There.....it felt good to get that off my chest!
