Didn't think they could, but they did! Bianca Smith had 25 of the 61 points CU scored and played all 40 minutes. Buffs win 61-56.

I don't mind a bit that I will not get this one correct in Pick 'Em. :p

They looked good against OU and of course they looked good against MU. Yet another reason why you can't overlook any games in the Big XII.

YES!!!!!!!! A road win! A Big 12 win!

Although it sounds like some of the same pattern was there ... CU was up mid second half and then had a scoring drought .... but at least this time, even tho they didn't score, they kept playing hard on defense to prevent their opponent from going on a run.

And what a game for Bianca Smith... 7 of 11 from 3 point land. Interesting stat from the radio team in the post game report .... in road games CU has lost this season she is a combined 3 of 22 on 3 point shots. In the 2 road games they won, she hit 6 3's at Hawaii and now 7 at Missouri.

I hope they can build off this win. They need to get fressie in the scoring mix. It seemed as if kmm had a really short bench, did not hear mullaney of seabrooks name. Announcers also said tonight was the first big 12 road game the bench has scored a point. a team with no depth for sure

Not to be self-centered or anything:rolleyes: but Kara Richards' performance may be the only thing keeping my Hoopla Score for the weekend above zero!

I think that you can pretty much count on Kara in terms of rebounding. As for scoring, if she can stay out of foul trouble she will score in double figures consistently.

It appears that the trey was the reason CU won. They were deadly over the course of the game and they hit twice as many treys as Missouri.

CU turned the ball oer 10 more times than Missouri and took 13 fewer shots from the field, but made two more baskets.

It seems that CU has a shot at winning several games in a row with TT and NU coming to Boulder this week.

And CU was tied at 36 in rebounding. That is another improvement for this team. Keep it up Buffs.

rock is correct. Mullaney did not play. Wonder what that is about. Seabrook got in for 2 minutes.

Spears had a double double and both she and Smith played 40 minutes.

Regretably, I didn't get a chance to listen to this game. I'm glad to hear we got a win and ON THE ROAD!!!

Unfotunately it's not enough to bring back my hope for a successful season. I feel like this team will continue to be inconsistant. They will win a couple that they shouldn't but they will lose more that they probably should win. Sorry for being negative after a positive step for the Buffs. I try to stay positive and patient but I am running on empty.

None the less, I am happy for this win and will definitely continue to support this team every step of the way.

Go Buffs, I will be there to cheer you on this week!:CU:

Way to go Buffs - this is a dangerous game for the Lady Raiders - we have a history (lately) of not playing well in Boulder and since we're not playing well right now anyway...this is going to be a tough game.
