today, Texas Tech or Colorado.

Tech never looked taxed in handing the Commodores their second loss, and clearly looked the better team.

Colorado merely toyed with LSU, as they discovered early that LSU didn't have a single weapon to threaten the Buffs.

Both teams looked as comfortable as Labs on a blanket today. With ISU's win over Auburn today, it was an excellent day for Big 12 basketball.

BTW, listened to Bob Barry's interview of Oklahoma's Coach Coale at halftime of the OU men's game tonight, and she commented that she felt the Big 12 was easily the best basketball conference this year, although the conference won't get the respect it deserves until somebody gets to the final four.

Coach Coale then said that she hopes the Sooners can get there this year. Frankly, I think that is underestimating our conference - after all, why can't we get 2 teams (or dare I say...) there this year!

This year the Big 12 WILL be heard from, and it is about time!

Thanks, swok34.

Decided to jump into the forum with both feet today, and found out that I was already a member, although for the life of me I can't remember when that happened!

Been taking it a little on the chin tonight, seems that this is a forum with a bit of attitude - and I like that.

People without passionate opinions about their sports teams are just exactly that - people without passion.

While I love women's basketball, there's no way this fan could be considered an expert, but I'll throw my opinions up there anyway, whether people like them or not!

Gosh a mighty, YCN, you must have a glass chin if think that was attitude.

You can dish opposing opinion but you can't take it 'eh? I just gave my opinion too.

You are the one who wrote considerable comments about the SEC and then said you have seen a lot of women's basketball games. I don't know you and haven't seen you post here before so I gathered from what you wrote that you were an SEC expert.
