Good luck to the young ladies of Kansas State....I'll be listening in to see how they do, though I don't think they'll have any problem with Ball State.....

K-State looks to pull this one out, though Ball State hung with them the whole way.....that's just my opinion watching the stat page.
How often have 3 players on the same team notched double-doubles in points and rebounds? I don't recall that ever happening with OU's team last year when they were playing with basically 6 players.
Kendra Wecker 20 pts, 12 rebounds
Nicole Ohlde 18 pts, 16 rebounds
Brie Madden 10 pts, 11 rebounds
and Laurie Koehn wasn't far behind 12 pts, 8 rebounds.
Don't think they're have been any upsets thus far.....and Tulsa beat Southwest Missouri State, heard that Curtin (ISU transfer) scored 30 points by catching the tail end of their broadcast.
Go Tulsa.....gotta root for the home state, too.

Just to clarify: Allison Curtin transferred to Tulsa from Illinois. Tulsa's transfer from Iowa State is senior center Alyssa Shriver.

oops, thanks for correcting me, dem......I would have gone right on thinking she transfered in from ISU.
And neither of these players should be confused with Anne O'Neil, ISU's transfer from Illinois... http://hoopscoop.net/ubb/smile.gif

I've yet to read or hear who Kansas State's 2nd opponent will be tomorrow. Maybe I missed it.
Is there a WNIT site out there somewhere like in past years?

schooner...I pulled a bracket off the Kansas State website....
Here are the matchups for tomorrow:
KSU vs Georgia Tech - game to be played at KSU 2 pm
Colorado State vs USC
other side of the bracket
Penn St vs Siena
Miss St. vs. Tulsa - game to be played in Miss. 2 pm
I looked up KSU and Tulsa, though didn't look up the other 2 matchups and where they would be played.
