Future Big XII players on the show tonight?

Two players who are almost certain to be McDonald's All-American's, 6'6 Alison Bales from the class of 2003 and 6'0 Darrice griffin from the class of 2004, will be on the show tonight LIVE at 7:30 pm (CDT).

Bales tells us that it's down to OU, Notre Dame and Duke, but we believe that Duke is out of it and she could decide by showtime tonight!!

Griffin is a top junior who we believe has given a soft commitment to Texas Tech, but we'll be sure to ask her tonight.

Well, needless to say, OU could use Bales inside next year after losing Hill and Shuknecht after this season. Will have to listen to the show!

I'll be listening, too......completely forgot last week.

I think Bales has OU back in her mix of teams, last week was an interesting one in the "center" recruits. I suspect that Bales really wanted to go to Duke, but when Hunter verballed to Duke and not UConn as was expected, and Sherwood verballed to UConn...
I was pretty sure Bales would head to Notre Dame, but for some reason she has not given her verbal and I heard there were some things she was re-considering.......I've never followed a recruiting as closely as I have this one; sure can be nerve-wracking.

Here's an update article on Bales. I also heard OU was recruiting Hoskins, though up to last week, she had not taken her official visit.....

and I think the "dead period" starts today.

He didn't talk to her, but she's apparently given an early verbal to Texas Tech. Oops, reading Swaim's post earlier, it's a "soft" verbal.
