Mar 15- A'Quonesia Franklin had 19 points and hit four free throws in the final 22 seconds, helping No. 11 Texas A&M hold off No. 18 Oklahoma State 64-59 Saturday night to win its first Big 12 tournament championship. Texas A&M (26-7) led most of the second half, but had to withstand a furious Oklahoma State rally in the closing minutes. Andrea Riley had 28 points and led Oklahoma State's run, scoring 10 straight points to give the Cowgirls a 54-53 lead with just over 3 minutes remaining.
