Went to the first Lady Raider practice today, and I liked what I saw! For those of you who were wondering about Plenette, she was playing with the intensity she displayed her freshman year, but with all the moves and skills she has developed since then. If she keeps that attitude, she will be a force this year.
I really loved the play and conditioning of the rest of the team, as well. They have worked very hard to get ready for the season, and it shows. The freshman were giving as good as they got. The team looked confident and amazingly sharp for the first practice of the year.
I can hardly wait!
