Jessica Morrow (Baylor) was named Phillips 66 Big 12 Women's Basketball Player of the Week while Kelsey Bolte (Iowa State) was chosen Rookie of the Week by a media voting panel for games of Feb. 12-17. Morrow was honored for the first time this season and second time in her career while Bolte earned her third season award.
