I thought schools were not allowed to comment about specific recruits until they had signed a letter of intent to play for that school. In a player journal, a Texas Tech player mentions that Leah Rush visited Tech for an official visit. I'm sure it's an innocent comment on the player's part, but it would be odd that a player could mention the recruit (especially on a school's website) but the school couldn't. Anyone know the details on what is allowed and what isn't in this regard?

I just checked the journal site again and Leah Rush's name has been removed. Maybe it was a violation. If so, I wonder if Tech will report it.

I'm sure they will, but it sounds as though you might be willing to report it for us? http://hoopscoop.net/ubb/wink.gif It appears to be a pretty innocent oversight considering it's a players diary and not an official news release.

Was in Norman over the weekend and heard Leah Rush was also in town this weekend.
