IRVING, Texas -- Angela Tisdale (Baylor) was named Phillips 66 Big 12 Women's Basketball Player of the Week while Kelsey Bolte (Iowa State) was chosen Rookie of the Week by a media voting panel for games of Jan 14-20. Tisdale was honored for the first time in her career while Bolte was recognized for the second consecutive week.
