LSU has already sold more than 1,000 women's season tickets, Southard said. LSU usually sells a little more than 300 season tickets and last year averaged just over 1,200 fans per home game

I'd be surprised if they are awarded, ATTENDANCE dollars are the NCAA's top concern; especially with this new rule.

Can LSU play there if awarded 1st and 2nd rounds?

By the same token, would OU fans support women's basketball in Norman if OU wasn't playing? Texas Tech? Kansas State? Texas?
Iowa State showed they would, though that was at the regional level.
